1. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges:
Yes, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.
Just contact us via DM or WhatsApp.

-Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition received, with all tags and packaging.

-Delivery fees apply again for exchanges.

Refunds:
Refunds are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

-Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

-Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.


2. Shipping & Delivery

-Delivery takes 2–5 working days.


3. Package Inspection

-You can inspect your order before payment.

-If you choose not to accept it, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fee.

-Partial inspection is not allowed — orders must be accepted or declined in full.


4. Faster Delivery

-Please answer courier calls to avoid delays.

-Make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
