Exchanges:
Yes, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition received, with all tags and packaging.
• Exchange shipping fees apply and are different from the original delivery fee.

Refunds:
Refunds are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• A courier will be arranged to pick up the item and return it to our warehouse.
• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are separate from the original delivery fee.
